Marie Drake

Marie Drake is a Principal Test Automation Engineer at News UK where she is responsible for setting up the QA strategy within the Product Platforms Team. Part of her role is to also educate everyone about Software Testing and Test Automation so the responsibility of testing is shared across the team.

She is a Cypress Ambassador and also Co-Organiser of the Cypress UK Community Meetup Group where she connects with testers and developers who are interested to learn more about Cypress.

She is also a tech blogger at mariedrake.com where she writes about testing and test automation tutorials. Most recently, she’s also identified herself as an Accessibility Advocate.
